I cancelled my account. How do I create a new one?

Welcome back! If it’s been six months since you cancelled your account, you have two options for creating a new account.

Using a different email address.

If you’d like to create an account using a different email address than you used on your previous account, just head over to our signup page and fill in your information.

Using the same email address.

If you would like to use the same email address you used for your cancelled account, contact our member support team from that email address. A specialist will be happy to help you get set up.

If six months haven’t passed yet, sit tight! You won’t be able to create a new account just yet.
